Bem, eu fui uma criança muito doente, passei por várias cirurgias quando nasci e tive um problema com a fala que fez com que eu tivesse que ir em uma fonoaudióloga por muito tempo até começar a falar.
Apesar disso, eu era uma criança muito ativa e gostava muito de praticar esportes, qualquer esporte que aparecia eu queria fazer, pratiquei futebol, basquete, natação, atletismo, hapikido, squash, badminton…
Acontece que minha coluna não era nada boa, e isso me limitava nos esportes. Aos 10 anos de idade, meus pais começaram a jornada em busca de melhorar minha coluna: fiz vários tratamentos (sem muito sucesso) e passei por médicos que diziam que “era assim mesmo”.
Foi quando, já na época do vestibular, meu pai ficou sabendo sobre a quiropraxia através do programa da Ana Maria Braga (um abraço especial N’maria) e me falou sobre, foi como se dentro de mim falasse “é isso!”, tudo fez muito sentido. Comecei a pesquisar, mas não encontrei quiropraxistas na minha cidade.
Mas então eu descobri que havia uma faculdade de Quiropraxia em São Paulo, algumas horas da minha cidade, e não tive dúvidas de que esta seria minha profissão.

Já na faculdade comecei o meu tratamento quiroprático e fiquei surpreso, não só com a melhora da minha coluna e da minha postura, mas também estava mais disposto, meus exames estavam melhores e minha qualidade de vida melhorou absurdamente. E quanto mais eu estudava, mais entendia a ligação da coluna com nosso sistema nervoso central e o quanto uma correção quiroprática pode fazer bem às funções do nosso organismo.
Depois de formado, trabalhei em grandes clínicas de SP e BH, até que conheci minha esposa e juntos, decidimos que era a hora de fundar o meu espaço, para cuidar dos pacientes da forma que eu gosto e da forma que eu acredito, que é apresentando a quiropraxia como algo muito além do alívio de dor, e sim, para melhorar a qualidade de vida, fazer com que seu corpo funcione melhor e cuidar da coluna a longo prazo. Pois eu sei, que eu e você queremos viver com qualidade e sem restrições!
Quando eu era criança, tive que aprender a viver e me conformar com a minha coluna, mas não deixarei que o mesmo aconteça com você, esta é minha missão! Se eu não puder ajudá-lo, vou encaminhar para que faça algo ou procure alguém que possa te ajudar, mas jamais direi que “é assim mesmo”, pois acredito que nenhuma dor ou limitação deve ser negligenciada e você merece (e pode!) viver muito melhor do que vive hoje, com um organismo funcionando adequadamente e sem restrições!
